BUILDING HISTORY

The Highland Lofts building was built in 1926 by the Wm. Wright Company, Inc formally known as The William E. Wright Co. Founded in 1897, the company is a manufacturer of sewing and home products and the building was originally used for in-house printing and raw materials storage.

Over the years, the building was home to a variety of companies including the National Union Electric Corporation.

In April 1997 the building was incorporated as condominiums by Dubrow Management. The three story building contains 19 loft style units. Each unit has an urban industrial feel with high ceilings, oversized factory style windows, exposed brick and other unique structural characteristics.
